
It all begins Friday night, June 6, as the Lodi GrapeSox open their inaugural season at Tony Zupo Field. Game time is 7:05 p.m. with loads of pre-game activity, great baseball and fireworks.
With players coming from around the country, the GrapeSox minor-league-style baseball promises to feature the top prospects in the nation.
First-pitch ceremonies, featuring Lodi Mayor JoAnne Mounce opens a fun-filled night that includes the madcap mascot Rally, between-inning fan games and giveaways, topped off with a grand fireworks display.
The Clovis Outlaws are the Lodi opponents in this first-ever Sierra Baseball League season as organized baseball returns to Lodi after a 24-year absence. The series continues Saturday, June 7, at 7:05 p.m. and Sunday, June 8, at 6:05 p.m.

The GrapeSox 34-game home schedule includes three doubleheaders. Besides all the regular-season excitement, Lodi hosts the SBL All-Star July 12.
